Beracha Foundation

Caroline and Joseph Gruss established the Beracha Foundation in 1971 to provide philanthropic aid to the Jewish community in Israel. The Foundation’s name was derived from the family name Gruss, which means “greeting” or “salute” in German and “Beracha” in Hebrew.

The Foundation focuses on three main fields of activity: the environment, Jewish-Arab coexistence, and culture.
