TEAM┋Financing for research teams headed by leading scientists

In the programme, the Foundation for Polish Science offers grants for innovative team projects led by distinguished researchers from all over the world. In the programme, funding is available for frontier, world-class R&D projects with great significance for the economy and the society, fitting within Poland’s National Smart Specializations.

Competitions in the programme will be held twice per year. The final competition will be announced in 2019.

Grants for Independent Young Scientists for Research Stays in Romania

The Romanian Institute of Science and Technology invites applications for grants aimed at young researchers who wish to conduct, manage and lead an independent project within the institute. The call is open to all scientists, regardless of current place of work, citizenship or nationality. The grants constitute a unique opportunity for a transition from a postdoctoral position to independent research. The research projects will be funded with up to 550,000 lei (about 122,000 euros) for up to 2 years by UEFISCDI, a Romanian research funding agency.

RSVP Field Development Grant for Research on 19th-century British Press

The RSVP Field Development Grant was created with funds from a generous bequest to RSVP by the late Eileen Curran, pioneering researcher and Emerita Professor of English at Colby College. The grant is intended to support one or a team of researchers in creating resources that will facilitate the work of other scholars in their studies of 19tn-century British newspapers and periodicals.

Application deadline for awards beginning in 2019: March 15, 2018

L’appel à projets de recherche proposé par la Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté vise à contribuer au rayonnement et à l’excellence de la recherche publique régionale, dans une logique de soutien à des programmes de recherche ambitieux et de qualité. La Région souhaite conforter les recherches d’excellence qui ont constitué le socle des réponses aux appels à projets du programme investissements d’avenir.

Au titre du présent appel, la Région retiendra en priorité les projets en lien avec le projet I-SITE et relevant des thématiques suivantes :
