The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Buddhism Public Scholars Professional Positions at Museums

The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Buddhism Public Scholars Fellowships in Buddhist Studies places recent recipients of the PhD in professional positions at host institutions (museums, libraries, and publications) that present and interpret knowledge of Buddhist traditions. The selected Buddhism Public Scholars will use their academic knowledge and professional expertise to bolster the capacity of host institutions in the area of Buddhist art and thought in any tradition and location where Buddhism is practiced.

CALL FOR FELLOWSHIP APPLICATIONS AT THE REGIONAL NETWORK OF CENTERS FOR ADVANCED STUDIES IN SOUTHEAST EUROPE (RECAS)

Egyptian Associate Researcher at the IFAO

The IFAO offers one position as Egyptian Associate Researchers. The researcher is appointed for a term of one year from 1st January 2024 to 31 December 2024, renewable twice, i.e. until 31st December 2026.

The deadline for applying is October 31, 2023.

The amount of the grant is 4000 EGP per month (except for August).

A committee will proceed to a first selection; the shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in November at the IFAO. During the interview, the candidates will present their research project, in English or in French.

The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Early Career Research Fellowships in Buddhist Studies

Early Career Research Fellowships offer support for research and writing in Buddhist Studies for pre-tenure scholars holding a PhD degree, with priority given to those teaching full-time. These fellowships provide scholars time free from teaching and other responsibilities to concentrate on research and writing for the project proposed.
