CEDEJ Postdoctoral Fellowship

CEDEJ offers one five-month postdoctoral fellowship (April-August 2024) to a recent Ph.D. graduate working on contemporary Egypt from a humanities or social science perspective. The fellow will reside in Egypt and participate in the academic life of the center. He will receive office space and be granted full access to the library.

The monthly stipend is 41,000 EGP. Applications will include:

  • a Curriculum Vitae,
  • a cover letter,
  • a research project (2,000 words maximum), including a note on methodology.
